Fresh off the 2018 SXSW submission deadline, the crew talks about the relevancy of our favorite festival. Is it still worth it? Additionally, Buzzfeed enters the smart appliance market with their new Tasty One Top. Is it a smart move?
We could’ve told you what SXSW was easily a few years ago before the identity crisis we see now.
We are sometimes concerned that we have lost our beloved SXSW due to a sometimes faulty structure, disappointing digital properties, and a loss of theme at times. Yet, every year we are reminded why we still love it.
SXSW isn’t disappointing in terms of how it Inspires our work, pushes us to learn, and reminds us to leave our comfort zone. All fueled by tacos and booze.
We think this hardware is a great move for Tasty. It has a fun design and people, especially millennials, are going to love the utility of it.
Tasty has revolutionized clickbait and extended beyond content which does not happen a lot and we have high hopes for the product and their future.
